Why remanufactured converters are better

Our catalytic converters are reconditioned OEM (original manufacturer's equipment) converters, which are refurbished carefully, and tested to meet the strictest EPA guidelines. Relative to the rest of the market, the higher content levels of rhodium, platinum, and palladium used in our converters will cause a more complete catalytic reaction, and ensure emission levels compliance. Smith Brothers catalytic converters can also maintain end user credibility as they are identical physically and functionally to the original equipment. The use of a Smith Brothers catalytic converter will ensure a proper fit, excellent performance, and, in a properly maintained vehicle, longevity for the functional lifetime of the vehicle.
